WELCOMING NEW HOSTS
We welcome new property hosts – homeowners, property managers and agencies - to join our expanding portfolio across the UK and Ireland. If you're interested, get in touch, and we’ll guide you through our onboarding process.
As part of this process, all hosts must ensure their properties meet UK short-term rental regulation. This is a mandatory requirement for onboarding with us. Compliance with these regulations is essential to protect clients, guests and maintain legal standards.
Recent Fire Safety Regulation updates have introduced key changes aimed at improving safety, ensuring better living conditions for guests, and maintaining a regulated short-term rental market.
Current Regulatory Requirements by Region:
England, Wales & Ireland: Hosts must have a valid Fire Risk Assessment for each short-term rental property.
Scotland: Hosts are required to obtain a valid short-term let license from their local council.
We partner closely with our host network to ensure that every property we provide fully complies with the latest UK short-term rental regulations.
As members of The Professional Association of Self-Caterers UK (PASC), we stay informed about upcoming regulatory changes, ensuring full compliance and peace of mind for both clients and guests. We actively communicate and share relevant updates with our host network to keep them well-informed.
By strictly adhering to these regulations, we guarantee that all properties within our network meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and legal compliance.
As a company, we fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the protection and privacy of all personal data we handle.
