As members of PASC UK (Professional Association of Self-Caterers), we stay informed of changing self-catering, holiday let and short-term accommodation requirements affecting the sector. This supports awareness of regulatory developments relating to areas such as accommodation standards, fire safety, guest safety and industry requirements.
Host Liability
Hosts remain responsible for ensuring properties comply with all applicable legal, safety and regulatory requirements relevant to their property type and location.
Hosts must also have correct holiday let insurances in place and Public Liability cover.
